We process orders as quickly as possible. Order processing time is usually 1–5 business days after payment is completed. Processing time may be longer during holidays, busy periods, or for handmade items.
Shipping times depend on the customer’s location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal delays, customs, holidays, weather, or other issues outside our control.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Knot Weave Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number if tracking is available for your shipping method.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible through our website contact information. We will do our best to help you, but delivery issues caused by the shipping provider may be outside our control.
